The usual requirements on signing the lease for furnished rentals are :
- One month’s rent in advance
- Two months’ security deposit (further guarantees may be asked by landlords)
- Our fee :
- one month’s rent + 19.6% VAT for a lease of less than a year
- 13% of annual rent + 19.6% VAT for a lease of a year or longer
- One month's rent excluding pre-paid expenses
- Deposit: two months rent excluding charges for (subject to additional guarantees requested by owners)
- Our fee:
- the fee will be split in half between the landlord and the tenant, they are 6.5% excluding tax of the annual rent excluding expenses, for each party.
